Wondering what’s next? How this whole hiring a DJ thing works?
Here’s a step-by-step guide to my process:

  1. Quote request received.

  2. I send a link to your package builder.

    The package builder lays out all the pricing on my DJ packages as well as gives you the option of adding additional services such as extra wireless microphones, MC services, and extra hours.

  3. You submit a finished package builder, and you’ll be sent an electronic contract and invoice.

    You can sign this contract using any laptop, PC, and most mobile devices.

  4. A Reservation fee is due.

    Upon signing the contract you will be required to pay a 50% reservation fee. I offer a wide range of payment options including: etransfer, credit card, cash, and cheque.

  5. Contract is counter-signed.

    Once I have received your reservation fee I will sign the contract myself and make things official.

    AT THIS POINT YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BOOKED DJ SERVICES AND YOUR DATE IS SAVED IN MY CALENDAR!

  6. Three months before your event: e-Planner sent to you.

    I will send you an e-planner for you to start on, the e-Planner lays out all the information I will need to best provide DJ services at your event. This can be filled in electronically and covers everything from music choices to parking arrangement, and makes sure I am as prepared as possible. This is also where you can attach important info such as floor plans, song lists, and itineraries.

  7. Six to Eight weeks before your event: Consultation.

    We go over your e-Planner and discuss any other questions you may have and go over the plan for the event.

  8. One week before the big day: E-planner is due.

  9. Five days before event: Final Payment is due.

  10. PARTY!
